global_methods

Description

The function names of this module represents global optimization methods that can be specified as global_opts["method"] in fit().

Functions

basinhopping(parameters_guess, bounds, ...)

Fit defined parameters for equation of state object using scipy.optimize.basinhopping with given experimental data.

brute(parameters_guess, bounds, fit_bead, ...)

Fit defined parameters for equation of state object using scipy.optimize.brute with given experimental data.

differential_evolution(parameters_guess, ...)

Fit defined parameters for equation of state object using scipy.optimize.differential_evolution with given experimental data.

grid_minimization(parameters_guess, bounds, ...)

Fit defined parameters for equation of state object using a custom adaptation of scipy.optimize.brute with given experimental data.

shgo(parameters_guess, bounds, fit_bead, ...)

Fit defined parameters for equation of state object using scipy.optimize.shgo with given experimental data.
